Reading and Speaking: Gym Membership Form High Level

This reading lesson teaches students how to read and complete a standard gym/fitness center membership form. The form includes membership types, payment methods, a waiver of liability, and gym rules. The language of the form is in passive voice and includes some legal terms such as negligence and hold harmless. (The lower level version of this activity is in active voice.)   The activity includes 2 discussion activities, a pre-reading task, a comprehension task, and a post-reading task with a focus on speaking.  This lesson is equivalent to NRS Level High Intermediate/Advanced or higher.
