Reading and Speaking: Gym Membership Forms Low

This reading lesson teaches students how to read and complete a standard gym/fitness center membership form. The form includes membership types, payment methods, a waiver of liability, and gym rules. The language of the form is in the active voice. (The high level version of this lesson uses passive voice.)  The activity includes 2 discussion activities, a pre-reading task, a comprehension task, and a post-reading task with a focus on speaking.  This lesson is equivalent to NRS Level Low Intermediate or higher.
